Key Responsibilities
- Oversee/manage the software development and data engineering/data analytics teams and other projects of varying complexity, or a collection of multiple smaller projects
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule using appropriate verification techniques
- Maintain and communicate project status to all stakeholders through recurring status reports and status meetings
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage day-to-day relationship with internal stakeholders and resolution of all issues with the vendor
- Any other task as assigned by the supervisor
Requirments:
- Education: BSc/BS (Project Management) or relevant field with Project specialized MS (Project Management)
- Preference may be given to candidates having software development background along with project management experience
- Solid project management tools such as MS Project & JIRA
