IT Support Engineer Karachi

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Hands on experience on Windows operating systems troubleshooting
- Responding to technical support calls from end users of computers and software applications
- Setting up and installing new computers and software
- Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network
- Installing updates, known as patches, to software applications
- Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office 365
- Diagnosing and fixing hardware or software issues i.e., printers, laptops and access points
- Maintaining inventories of hardware and software
- Managing backups of servers, in case of data loss
- Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference
- Call the remote clients regarding VPN and application troubleshooting
Experience and Qualification
- BSCS and equivalent degree required with 2+ years experience
- Strong communication, presentation and client facing skill sets.
- Quick problem-solving capabilities.
- The ability to interact with Tasdeeq’s personnel, build strong relationships at all levels and across all business units and organizations, and understand business imperatives.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within and external to the organization.

Summary: Exposure to the commercial banking sector, especially on the consumer banking side. Knowledge of standard and customized solutions/products required by the banking sector. Should be able to identify, advise internally on requirements and sell standard/customized solutions/products required by the Commercial Banking sector.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible for business development and revenue generation from the commercial banking sector.
- Responsible for evaluating sales opportunities and business case presentation for new and existing clients.
- Expand market penetration and grow the revenue.
- Puts product / technical knowledge to commercial use and prepares proposals in accordance with sales and pricing policy.
- Demonstrate high account management standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible in data collection for regularly benchmarking product against source, data, and competitors.
- Takes accountability for completing projects (for which he/she is responsible) on time and conforming to the standards set.
- Participate in on-going analysis of all prospecting, development of specific sales strategies and account plans to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Developing and implementing strategy to expand client insights across all Customer Success teams
- Leading complex analyses of client performance to assess problems and then brainstorm solutions
- Work as a partner with cross-functional teams to identify priority markets and customer segments, understand the addressable market opportunity with market share potential, and develop marketing and sales strategies and campaigns with metrics to drive revenue and market share growth
- Translate business objectives into focused campaign efforts that achieve awareness, engagement, leads, and revenue KPIs
Experience and Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
- Ability to organize and prioritize work functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Decision making abilities and analytical skills.
- Ability to function independently from supervision.
- Ability to work within a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- 7-10 years or more years of experience of in the solution sales / consulting environment or a financial services environment specially with commercial banks
- Ability to understand the functionality of the product from technology perspective.
- Exceptionally good leadership skills having ability to influence cross-functional teams towards a unified direction along with the business’s senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
