Provision of Data by Telcos to Credit Bureaus
Under Sub-Section 1, Section 11 of the Credit Bureaus Act 2015, it is mandated by the Federal Government of Pakistan that all Telecommunication Services Companies shall be members of Credit Bureaus and shall furnish information in accordance with the Credit Bureaus Act and all regulations made thereunder.
